Before and after

Calm and specific wins.

The reviewer is checking two things: do you know which policy you tripped, and is it fixed. Anger, stock levels and “I did nothing wrong” are not on the list.

Before: what most advertisers send

“My ad account got disabled for no reason. I did not break any rule. I have campaigns running and I am losing money every day. Please turn it back on asap. This is ridiculous.”

After: the review request

What happened

Our ad account (ID ending 4471) was disabled on 3 October 2026 with the reason “Unacceptable Business Practices”. We reviewed every ad from the last 90 days against that policy and the Advertising Standards.

The likely cause and the fix

Ad set “Spring Sale – Retarget” sent people to a landing page whose offer had expired, so the price in the ad no longer matched the page. The page was corrected on 4 October, that ad set was paused, and the brand's claims page now shows the current price and terms.

What changed

Every new ad is now checked against the landing page before it goes live, and offers are dated. We ask for a review of the account…

Sample: the account and the advertiser are made up. Every real request is written only from what you send us.

How it works

Three steps. One day.

Tell us what happened

Ten minutes on the form: the notice, what you were advertising, what happened, what you have already changed.

We write the review request

Within 1 day: the likely policy behind the flag, the statement to paste into “Request review”, a fix checklist, a support-chat script and a what-not-to-do list. Nothing invented.

You paste it and submit

You fix what is listed, paste the statement into Meta's own review box and submit it yourself. You keep your login; we never ask for it.

Questions

Will they turn it back on?

Nobody can promise that. Meta decides, and its review is free; anyone who guarantees reactivation is guessing. What we change is the quality of the request: the real policy named, the ad or page that most likely triggered it, the fix already made, and a calm, specific statement instead of an angry one.

Which cases do you take?

Ad accounts, Business Manager or business portfolios, Pages, Instagram accounts and personal advertising access that Meta disabled or restricted for a policy reason, “unusual activity”, “circumventing systems”, “unacceptable business practices” or a payment problem, in the US, UK, Australia or Canada. We do not take ads for prohibited goods, and we never help set up a new account to get around a ban; we say so instead of taking your money.

What if the review is denied?

Send us Meta's reply. One rewrite is free, within 1 day, built around what the denial says.
